Lynda Stammer, Director of Staffing/Partner
Lynda first joined AVAILABILITY in 1986 as a Placement Specialist. With her career and education in accounting and then sales management, it was an easy transition to make some of the best accounting placements in the Central Valley. In 1991 Lynda purchased AVAILABILITY along with her business partner Nancy Rasmussen. Lynda continued to manage AVAILABILITY‘s placement division as well as adding three new divisions. Lynda’s love is recruiting and she receives more satisfaction from discovering that most difficult “find” than almost anything else.
Chris J. Peterson, Business Development/Partner
Chris is a graduate of Turlock High School and San Jose State University, where he obtained a business management degree in 1982. He first worked in the road construction industry as a credit manager in San Jose. After returning to the Central Valley, he spent 20 years in the office/business products industry marketing business machines, office supplies and services throughout the Central Valley. His focus on business development enabled him to successfully grow sales over 230% through strategic sales and marketing practices. He became a partner in AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in January 2011 and manages all the sales, marketing, and business development programs.
Nicki Tyler, VP of Branch Operations
AVAILABILITY added Nicki as a partner in 2014. Nicki was raised in the Visalia area and spent seven years in the staffing and recruitment industry. Nicki graduated from Fresno Pacific University with a degree in organizational management, and has specialized in accounting and financial recruiting her entire career. She currently sits as the president of the Central Valley Human Resource Association, serving that nonprofit as a board member since 2010.
Candace Abell, Healthcare Placement Specialist
Candace joined AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in 2007 managing the healthcare services placement division. With 25 years’ experience in health care placement, Candace still receives great satisfaction in finding “just what the doctor ordered” for both the candidates and employers she works with.
Randy Wey, Executive Recruiter/Business Development
Randy Wey is a leading expert in Development and Relationship building with over 15 years of Sales Management experience. Being an expert in representing his Sales Business, Randy has had much success in Temporary Staffing and Placement as well as developing entrepreneurs for the last 6 years as a District Sales Manager in the Modesto, Ceres, Turlock and Stockton area. His commitment to his clients is top notch and always puts the values of his partners first. As a Coach and Mentor, Randy has completed classes with the Direct Selling Women’s Alliance to enhance his ability to empower the success of Women in business. Being a compassionate listener who brings insightful opportunities to his working environment; Randy will not only offer solutions, he will be involved in the adjustments. As a native of Modesto, he enjoys the outdoors and camping in the wilderness with his two children and amazing wife of 9 years. Randy has and will continue to showcase his ability to build his professional network of partners and be an asset to this organization.
Nicole joined the AVAILABILITY team in 2015 bringing with her over 4 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Nicole is a Central Valley native, and attended the University of the Pacific. In her spare time Nicole enjoys traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Her industry knowledge, along with strong organizational skills and calm demeanor, is why she was brought in to assist the Partners in an administrative capacity.
