Lynda joined AVAILABILITY in 1986 as a recruiter, and 5 years later became a principal beginning the journey of a lifetime! She came from manufacturing in a management role where she was involved in many company layers including accounting, sales, purchasing and inventory management. Today over 3 decades later, Lynda is still loving what she does, matching great people to great companies. She and her husband have 3 children, three grandkids and three dogs. On her off time Lynda enjoys spending time at her cabin in Long Barn, or almost always has some sort of project going on at her home which is a long term remodel in progress.

Chris grew up in the Central Valley and is a graduate of Turlock High School (Go Bulldogs!). He left the area to attend San Jose State University to obtain his B.S. in Business Management. He started his career as a credit manager in the road construction industry. After returning to the Central Valley in 1991, he spent 20 years in the business products industry. In 2011, Chris became a principal with AVAILABILITY, and immediately began to expand APS’s position as a premier executive search and staffing company. Chris enjoys time with his family. He and his wife have 3 children, and they are dog lovers as well. They enjoy travel, golf, local arts and restaurants.

Born and raised in Fresno, Candace has been a Central Valley girl from the start. She attended Fresno State University and was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. After relocating to Modesto, Candace started her family and her career in health care staffing. Candace knew almost instantly that she had found her calling- finding the right person for the perfect practice! Candace has been a pillar in the AVAILABILITY office since 2007. She leads the healthcare services placement division and brings over 30 years experience in health care placement. When Candace isn’t finding “just what the doctor ordered” she is visiting and enjoying her 5 grandchildren, gardening, wine tasting, walking, listening to music and just being with family and friends.
Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Assists the Partners and Executive Search Team.
Wendy, she grew up in the Central Valley. She is part of the Executive Search process providing high level support to the team. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Her industry knowledge, along with prior management experience and organizational skills is the PERFECT addition to the AVAILABILITY office.
Roy’s approach in business and in life, is that Customer Service is always #1. He credits all of the authentic relationships he’s gained with his clients over the last 15 years to this philosophy. Roy first entered professional recruiting and staffing in 2007. He’s also served as the Director of Marketing for a local hospital, where he found a special place in his heart for Physicians and workers in the healthcare industry. Roy was raised in Manteca, but has spent his entire adult life living in Modesto. Roy enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, whether it’s traveling the west coast for his son’s travel baseball tournaments, or just going walking his boxer puppy “Havoc” to the park. Roy finds great satisfaction in introducing talented professionals to top companies for that perfect fit.
Sr. Staffing Consultant
Kelsey was born and raised in West Virginia but moved to California for career opportunities presented by AVAILABILITY in 2016. She is currently our HR Coordinator/Staffing Consultant, touching many aspects of the business including candidate payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as recruiting. When Kelsey is not in the office you can find her at home with her three dogs, spending time with family, or outdoors exploring nature!
Brittany De Luca (formerly McGee)
Account Executive II
Brittany is a Central Valley girl at heart. She was born and raised in Stockton, but moved to San Diego where she attended SDSU and was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority. After earning her degree in Marketing Brittany decided to stick around the San Diego area and began her management career in hospitality. It wasn’t too long before Brittany realized the sun and sand were great, but her heart was with her family in Northern California. She moved back to Stockton in 2014 and that is when she started her career as a Staffing Consultant and Recruiter for professional services. When Brittany isn’t helping people find their next career opportunity you can find her playing with her niece and nephew or exploring the outdoors with her German Shepard, Bear.
Jennifer Garcia was born and raised in the Central Valley. With the support of her family she was able to become a first-generation graduate student from CSU Stanislaus with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. However, she is a strong believer that education doesn't end after acquiring a degree; education is a lifelong process making everyday a learning experience. Jennifer is known for her kind and humble personality, and when she is not at work she likes to spend time with her family, listen and dance to some Latino music or go on a road trip.
Kaytlin was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, but worked anywhere from the Central Valley to the Metropolitan New York area. She has extensive experience in event planning, real estate, and hospitality management. Kaytlin's time in those industries has equipped her with a strong sense of organization, a drive to exceed client expectations, and a laser focus on recruiting, building, and developing high-performance teams. Kaytlin is an incredibly creative individual, so when she's not with us helping people realize and achieve their goals, she is working on her design, vocal, or photography skills and spending time teaching and playing with her beautiful daughter, Laikyn.
Client Relations Manager
Steve is originally from New Hampshire before moving to Modesto in 2016. After high school, he enlisted as an infantryman in the US Army. Upon his honorable discharge he went back to school where he graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a focus on Sales. His career in staffing began in 2012 where he has served as a recruiter, account executive, and branch manager. Steve has a passion for working with companies to help them reach and exceed their goals by finding the best candidates to get the job done. Steve enjoys astrophotography and spending time with his wife, 2 children, and dog.
Doug brings over 20 years of executive recruitment experience to Availability Professional Staffing. Prior to joining APS, Doug owned his own search firm where he specialized in sales and executive recruitment. He also led the talent acquisition function for a large national security company for eight years. Doug holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University. He and his wife have two grown children and a grandchild.

Melvin is a Central Valley native, raised in Stockton, CA and is an alumni of Bear Creek High school (BC Roll Call) He began his recruiting career in 2016 after working in the finance/Investment field for 11 years. Melvin has been a recruiter, strategic account executive, and an area branch manager. His passion is helping people find out their “why” and matching great people with career companies. When he is not working, Melvin enjoys working out, exploring the great outdoors via hiking or on the water, and spending time with his son (Super Jordan!)

Melinda Zurita Mendoza is the HR Administrator here at Availability Professional Staffing with years of experience in the Human Resource department. Melinda was born and raised in the Central Valley where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration at CSU Stanislaus. Melinda is a powerful force in the workplace who uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to help others succeed. However, outside of work, you will always find Melinda traveling to new places and enjoying local food events.
Jamie comes to APS with over 15 years of Executive Recruitment and Client Management Experience working on searches to build great teams in a variety of different industries throughout her career. Prior to joining APS, Jamie owned her own Executive Search firm where she specialized in nationwide searches for Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing roles. She holds an MBA in General Business and a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Although Jamie was born and raised in Florida, she currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with her two young children and Golden Retriever. Jamie is passionate about recruiting and doing what she feels is best for both her candidates and clients.
